The Number of The Beards

Yesterday on the way home after we brought our twins to the baby massage place (it’s good to be a baby right…, they just spend the day by drink the milk, sleep, cry, laugh and got a massage too), my wife said, I think too much about something that unimportant. The reason she said that because she saw me try to solve the words and numbers that appeared in the back of the trucking box. I knew it was a words game like most of the truckers write down at the back of the truck (the word like PRA 1, we reads Pra One or Virgin in English; 17AN, we reads Satu Tujuan or One Direction in English; we reads B 6 LU as BiJi Lu or Your balls/testicles in English, etc.), and I matched the first two words but until we arrived at my mother house, I still can’t figure out the other words.

Based on what my wife said to me, perhaps i’ve been thinking about insignificant matter in my time too much, maybe I’m a dreamer like John Lennon said in his famous Imagine lyrics, but I’m not the only one… What I’d like to say is when we imaging something, actually our brain starts creating a picture based on the visualization that we have seen or known. From there, the brain will develope images that reflect our fantasy about something, and it goes on and on until our mind begin to initialize the system in our nerves, then it will trigger the sense of consciousness in our head and will shift the level of intelligence into perfectly harmony… Well to be honest, I don’t know what exactly I’m talking about… I feel kind of dizzy now…

We never know how many hair that we have on our head, or it is impossible for us to count the hair that grows in our chin as beards, or even the simple matter such as to calculate how much millimetre that our nails will grew in every second. But Allah knows. All things that exists anywhere, even the smallest atom and particle is in the sight of Allah 'Azza wa Jalla. Allah is The Creator that knows and gives its destination. It is saying in Al Qur'an, suurah 64: At Taghaabun verse 4: "Ya'lamu maa fis samaawaati wal ardhi wa ya'lamu maa tusirruuna wa maa tu'linuuna wallaahu 'aliimum bi dzaatish shuduur", or: "Allah knows what is in the heavens and on earth, and Allah knows what you conceal and what you reveal. And Allah knows well the (secrets) of (all) heart".

That’s why I believe that Allah creates everything with a purpose, and everything was created by Allah for a purpose. Allah ‘Azza wa Jalla is proving that nothing is created without a purpose and a reason. Including when Allah created us, and the most important reason for what we were created is nothing else matter than to obey Allah Subhaanahu wa Ta’aala. It is stated in Al Qur’an, suurah 51: Adz-Dzaariyaat verse 56: "Wa maa khalaqtul jinna wal insa illaa li ya'buduun", or: "And I have only created jinn and human, that may serve Me".

Therefore, with our little know-how, what we can only express is by saying that each creature is given the chance of development and progress towards the Destination, which is Allah 'Azza wa Jalla. Allah is the source and centre of all power and goodness and our progress depends upon where we're putting ourselves into harmoniousness with Allah wish. And what we have done to Allah, basically it is not of any benefit to Allah, but will be most likely to us.

I believe and we should believe that Allah knows everything, because Allah is The Creator. Allah Ta'aala created this universe with all of the existing life-forms attached to it, and we as the creations of Allah have to accept what Allah created. What Allah has designed to the universe basically is to contribute the benefits to the creatures of Allah Taabarakta Ta'aala. Allah doesn't need anything from us, but we are the one that needs the help from Allah 'Azza wa Jalla. We are looking for Allah leniency, compassion and forgiveness, so at the end we will be joined together in paradise.

Please remember, when Allah Rabbul'alamin is glad with us, with our characters and with our manners, afterward Allah will make us happy. It is very important for us to move on a way that makes Allah be pleased with us. Everything goes very easy for Allah, if we are happy with Allah it means Allah will also be happy with us. If we love Allah, Allah will love us. Every moment is arranged and designed just for Allah, and by the time we can do anything and everything for Allah's pleasure, it will free our heart from problems.
